W. Scott Anderson, LMT, NMRT, BS, is a HAI Massage Therapy and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Therapy Program graduate. His BS is in Agriculture from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. Working with a successful chiropractic office and wellness clinic for 8 years, his main focus is on sports injury & rehabilitation. He currently teaches Body Insight 3.
Tasha Enright LMT, is a HAI Massage Therapy graduate. She maintains a successful massage therapy practice and teaches Massage 1, 2 and Business Development.
Jennifer Grogan LMT, graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts (CSHA), Lakewood, CO as a massage therapist. She maintains a private practice focussing on deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, Swedish, sports massage, and neuromuscular specialities. Currently, she teaches Anatomy 1, 2 and Pathology.
Christine Grabish, RN, Registered Nurse St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing Cedar Rapids, IA. Chris has a wide variety of clinical experience in ICU, Psychiatric Units, County Health Departments and Psychiatric Hospitals between 1976 and 1996. She transitioned from health care to the health and beauty industry in 1997 for a successful career as an Owner and Manager of The Face & The Body Day Spas in St. Louis, MO. At HAI, she teaches Business Development.
Cherokee Hope LMT, RN, is a HAI Massage Therapy graduate and has a ASN in Nursing from Colby Community College in Colby, KS. Currently, she maintains a successful massage therapy practice and teaches Physiology 1&2.
Toni McGarvey LMT, is a HAI Massage Therapy graduate, maintains a successful massage therapy practice and manages a Spa. She teaches Massage 1&2.
Ben Jordan, LMT, Reflexologist, is a HAI Massage Therapy and Reflexology Program graduate with a successful massage therapy practice. At HAI, he teaches Body Insight 1, Movement and Body Awareness, Structural Kinesiology and Student Clinic; he is also a professional tutor.
Cannon Meyer, LMT, is a HAI Massage Therapy Program graduate. As an avid athlete, he has participated on the show American Ninja Warrior (Season 9) and brings his experience into every one of his courses. He own a gym with a focus on teaching Ninja Warrior techniques to people of all ages. He currently teaches Body Insight 2 and Student Clinic.
Sean McLaren, LMT, is a HAI Massage Therapy Program graduate and is the official massage therapist for the Colorado Eagles Hockey Club from the Central Hockey League. For the past 9 years, he has had a successful private practice, focusing on sports massage and neuromuscular rehabilitation. He and has been an HAI instructor since 2000 and teaches Body Insight 2 and Sports Massage. As an avid athlete, he brings his experience into every one of his courses.
John Petersen, LMT, BA is a HAI Massage Therapy Program graduate and has a BA in Liberal Arts from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. He is head therapist in charge of hiring and training at a local spa. He specializes in Lymphatic and Abhyanga massage. John teaches Professional Massage 3, Body Insight 3, and Sports Massage.
Josh Reyling LMT, is a HAI Massage Therapy Program graduate. Owner of a successful massage therapy practice and is a river guide. Currently, he teaches Massage 2, Movement and Body Awareness, Body Insight 2, Anatomy 1 & 2, Physiology 1 & 2, & Student Clinic.
Gary Salinger, LMT, BMT, BA, graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts (CSHA), Lakewood, CO as a massage therapist. He has a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is the founder and Director of the HAI, as well as the Director of Education and Programming. Formerly, he was the Director of Education at CSHA. He is the author of Body InsightTM Integrative Neuromuscular Therapy, and has developed and led seminars internationally in the Body InsightTM method. He has an extensive background in Body/Mind medicine, oriental medical theory and learning theory. Gary currently teaches Body Insight 1 & 3, Ethics, Structural Kinesiology and Clinic Seminar for the Massage Therapy Program and Scoliosis Treatment Protocol in the Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Therapy Program.
Barbara Shannon, LMT, NCBTMB is a HAI Massage Therapy Program graduate. She is living proof that a therapist can maintain a successful practice for 25 years. Specializing in Spa and Aromatherapy training, she has taught nationally at the Biltmore, The Breakers, Sonoma Mission Inn and many more. She helped Judith Jackson design spas and salons, hired and trained therapists, and ran global logistics for three cruise ships. She teaches Professional Massage 1 & 2, Abhyanga Massage and Business Development for the Massage Therapy Program, as well as several elective courses in Aromatherapy Lymphatic Massage, Aromatherapy Blending, Seaweed Masque & Saltglo Treatment and Shiatsu. Barb’s infectious enthusiasm makes all of her classes a real treat.
Leslie Stacy LMT, is a HAI Massage Therapy Program graduate. Owner of a successful massage therapy practice. Currently, she teaches Student Clinic.
Gary Salinger, LMT, BA from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, HAI Director as well as Director of Programs and Education. His background in BodyMind Therapy and innovative learning theory, combined with his passion and leadership, has guided the Healing Arts staff into one of the most dynamic instructional groups in the field. He is involved in conflict resolution and mediation, develops and supervises all programming and provides teacher in-services.
Cheryl Salinger, BA in Health Science from San Francisco State University, HAI Administrative Director. She oversees the overall coordination of HAI Administration, business office and Career Services.
Candy Chant, BA from Bates College, Lewiston, ME. Financial Aid Specialist.
Tasha Enright, HAI MT Program Graduate, Administrator. She oversees Career Services, community outreach, market surveys and provides clerical support.
Ann Kreycik, AS in Administration from the National College of Business in Rapid City, SD is primarily responsible for student services, including enrollment and finance.
